New Womens team coaches announced!
Our Chairman Mike, welcomed the coaching team and some of the players earlier this month and is delighted to have such a passionate coaching team, that naturally alligns with the clubs vision and commitment to not just football, but also the social side of being part of this team and family at Broadstone FC. ⚽🧡🖤This exciting new chapter will be led by a passionate and experienced coaching team: Liv, Millie, Panashe, and Arron—all bringing unique journeys and a shared commitment to growing the women’s game.
Millie, a former Broadstone youth player, returns to the club with a wealth of experience across multiple positions. From training with AFC Bournemouth to playing at Poole Town Wessex, and representing Dorset in Futsal, she brings leadership, resilience, and a deep understanding of the game and what Broadstone FC represents to the community.
Arron brings six years of experience in girls’ and women’s football, leading teams from U12 to U17 level in the Dorset Youth League—reaching a County Cup final and achieving promotion to Division 1. He has also managed at women’s level, guiding a newly formed side to an impressive third-place finish in their debut season.
Liv has shown incredible determination in her football journey—reigniting her passion after COVID and driving change by introducing girls’ football opportunities at school. Now coaching players aged 4–14 and working towards her UEFA C qualification, she’s committed to developing the next generation of female footballers.
Panashe adds over a decade of coaching experience across both men’s and women’s football, with a philosophy centred on enjoyment and developing players on and off the pitch—perfectly aligned with the club’s vision.
Together, this coaching team is ready to build something special and create new opportunities for women’s football at Broadstone FC. 🔥
